Oakley Capital Investments Limited ("OCI") has been established to provide investors with exposure to the investment strategy being pursued, principally by Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P. ("OCPE" or the “Fund”), through an AIM traded company.

OCPE is a Bermudian limited partnership which is closed with total commitments of approximately €288 million from limited partners, including OCI. OCPE’s primary objective is to invest in a diversified portfolio of private mid market UK and European businesses, aiming to provide investors with significant long term capital appreciation.

Oakley Capital (Bermuda) Limited, a Bermudian company, has been appointed as Manager to the Company. The Manager has appointed Oakley Capital Limited as Investment Adviser to the Manager. The Investment Adviser is primarily responsible for advising the Manager on the investment of the assets of OCPE and OCI.

OCI is a closed ended company governed by the provisions of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda. The rights of OCI shareholders may differ from the rights of shareholders of a company incorporated in the UK.
