Oackey Capital - Corporate - Fund

The fund committee comprises all of the independent directors of Oakley Capital Investments Limited (“OCI”), as appointed from time to time. The current independent directors are Christopher Wetherhill, Tina Burns, James Keyes and Katherine Innes-Ker

The fund committee will receive and review all matters and contracts where there are potential conflicts of interest between OCI and OCPE. No Director, other than the Independent Directors, may participate in any meeting of the fund committee. The fund committee will be chaired by Christopher Wetherhill.
