Fund Committee

The Fund Committee comprises all of the Independent Directors of the Company and is chaired by Christopher Wetherhill.

The Fund Committee receives and reviews all matters and contracts where there are potential conflicts of interest between the Company and OCPE. No Director, other than the Independent Directors, may participate in any meeting of the Fund Committee.
