Issued Share Capital
Oakley Capital Investments Limited issued share capital consists of 128,125,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each (no shares are held in Treasury). The total number of voting rights in OCI is therefore 128,125,000.
The total figure of 128,125,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their investment in or a change to their investment in, OCI under the Disclosure and Transparency rules.
