Kiernan Bell is an experienced legal professional with over 30 years’ experience in corporate governance, restructuring, and commercial litigation. She has held board positions at several prominent international and financial services companies, including Atlas Arteria International Limited, Wilton Reinsurance Bermuda Limited, and HSBC Bermuda Limited. 

Prior this Kiernan was managing partner of the Bermuda office of global law firm Appleby. She also sits on the panel of Assistant Justices of the Supreme Court of Bermuda and previously served as an Independent Senator in the Senate of Bermuda.

In addition, Kiernan currently sits as a director on the board of Atlas Arteria International Limited.
