Buyouts with controlling equity positions and with enterprise values between €100 million to €1 billion-plus. To date, Oakley has raised over €12.7 billion across nine funds.

Oakley’s first vehicle focused on lower-mid market companies, building on the firm’s strong track record investing in this sector. The Origin Fund was raised in just over six months and closed in January 2021 well above its €350 million target. Origin II was raised in four months and had a single close in September 2023 at its €750m hard cap.

On 30 June 2023 OCI made a US $100 million commitment to the Oakley Touring Venture Fund, a dedicated fund to invest in and grow a new generation of enterprise software companies globally. Touring was founded in 2023, bringing together a diverse and highly technical team who have previously worked together to build three global venture investing franchises, including Qualcomm and M12, Microsoft’s venture fund.

The team will be investing a dedicated pool of capital, targeting a strong pipeline of investment opportunities in proven next generation software businesses for the modern worker, powered by generative AI. Oakley and Touring will focus primarily on Series B venture opportunities, investing in proven businesses with strong growth prospects.

OCI announced its commitment to Oakley PROfounders Fund III in December 2022. PROfounders Fund III is part of the Oakley Capital family of funds, which focuses on early-stage, venture capital investments in entrepreneur-led, private businesses, backing disruptive business models that leverage technology to improve and transform customer experiences.
