- As part of the dissolution of Fund II, OCI’s indirect interest in North Sails was transferred via a distribution in specie into a newly established continuation vehicle, North Sails CV. This transaction enabled OCI to retain its economic exposure to North Sails beyond the end of Fund II’s term, while placing the asset into a dedicated single-asset structure that allows for continued active ownership, improved structural simplicity and greater flexibility in timing a future liquidity event, with the objective of maximising long-term shareholder value.
- Funds is defined as only those that OCI invests in.
