The Company has continued to perform strongly, delivering in excess of 60% ARR growth year-on-year. Significant investment has been made in professionalising the organisation, including the build-out of a best-in-class leadership team and the hiring of more than 100 full-time employees across sales, technical, operations and general and administrative functions. These investments have created a scalable platform capable of supporting continued rapid growth. Assured has also progressed its international expansion strategy, establishing a presence in France and generating its first European revenues.
Alongside operational scaling, Assured has focused on strategic value creation initiatives, including the establishment of an innovation team to develop complementary revenue streams and support a broader platform strategy, including future strategic M&A. Oakley continues to work closely with management to accelerate growth and support Assured’s ambition to become a European leader in data protection services.
